The return to studio life post lockdown is going to be far from normal and whilst we are all so looking forward to reconnecting and sharing the joy our group classes bring, the safety of our beautiful community of clients and teachers is our priority.

We are going above and beyond to create the safest space for you (as well as continuing to follow the government guidelines).

• We will be using The Deep Clean Virus Company who use a product which is GUARANTEED to kill the virus for up to 30 days. This will be sprayed by men in suits (Ghostbusters style) on every inch of the studio and on every bit of equipment (as our own sanitisation in between classes).

• Insist everyone washes hands before entering.

• We are going to test your temperature and if its over 38C you will not be allowed entry.

• Ensure you arrive 10 mins before class and changed before entering studio and have bags ready to go straight in the boxes.

• Use hand sanitiser station.

• Classes will be of 6 only with x3 on each barre and a transparent screen in between.

• You will have your own designated marked space with equipment laid out for you already. Please keep within it and spray down the equipment after use.

• No touching. Hopefully this can change soon, but for now, we will be over cautious, even though it’s going to be so hard not to hug!

• Classes will be reduced to 55 minutes where there are classes back to back to allow the teacher time to get the next class ready.

• Exit swiftly and wash hands again.

• Avoid coming in if you have ANY symptoms.

Let’s do all we can to combat this and to keep our beloved space thriving - keeping our mind and bodies healthy has never been so important. And please don’t forget to always be kind, thoughtful and respectful to others. We have no idea what personal journey they have been through during this challenging time.
